We do not need or collect customer banking information, credit card details, Social Insurance Numbers, or any financial account information. Payment for our services is handled separately and securely.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide personalized telecom plan recommendations based on your location
• Contact you regarding your consultation

Service Description

SmartPlanConsult.ca provides paid advisory services for Canadian telecom plans. Our consultations include analysis and recommendations for mobile plans, internet packages, home phone services, and security camera systems.

Service Limitations

We do NOT provide:

• Technical support or troubleshooting
• Device repairs or warranty services
• Installation services
• Direct enrollment with providers
• Customer service for telecom providers

Independence Declaration

SmartPlanConsult.ca is completely independent and NOT affiliated with any Canadian telecom provider including but not limited to Rogers, Bell, Telus, Shaw, Freedom Mobile, Fido, Virgin, Koodo, or any other carrier or ISP.

Consultation Fees

Consultations start at $49 CAD. Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided (see Refund Policy for details).

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific savings amounts or that recommended plans will be available at the time of your inquiry with providers.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for contacting providers directly to confirm plan details, pricing, and availability. We are not responsible for changes made by providers after our recommendations.

Refund Policy

Consultation Services

SmartPlanConsult.ca provides advisory services. Once a consultation has been completed and recommendations have been provided, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

• If you cancel your consultation request BEFORE the consultation takes place
• If we are unable to provide the consultation service as agreed
• If there was a billing error

No Refunds For

• Dissatisfaction with provider plans (we don't control provider offerings)
• Changes in provider pricing after our recommendations
• Your decision not to act on our recommendations
• Completed consultations where advice was provided

Refund Process

To request a refund for eligible situations, contact us by phone during business hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

• We do NOT guarantee that providers will honor quoted prices

Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to provide accurate and current information, telecom plans, prices, and availability change frequently. We are not responsible for changes made by providers after our consultation. Always verify details directly with providers before making decisions.

No Professional Relationship with Providers

We do not have insider access to provider systems, promotional offers, or special pricing. Our recommendations are based on publicly available information and our knowledge of the Canadian telecom market.

Limitation of Liability

SmartPlanConsult.ca is not liable for any decisions you make based on our recommendations, changes in provider terms, or any disputes between you and telecom providers. We provide advisory services only.
